For those new to expos, or for smaller firms that may not have the time to spend on planning and organisation, we’re offering a service to streamline your exhibiting experience, drastically reducing the time needed in the lead up and maximising return on investment. We have many years’ experience in organising and managing expos, which means we have the knowhow to make it a fantastic experience for you and your team – minus the daunting to-do list.

One flat fee covers:

– Stand logistics, design and concept management to bring your brand to life (to include actual design work if preferred/required)

– Completion of all forms and event requirements on your behalf

– Management of all promo items and giveaways, including delivery to your stand

– Completion of entries in exhibitor manuals, advert copy and design, and any other material to increase your exposure at the expo

Years managing an expo has led us to consider this a super helpful service. Often, exhibiting companies get overwhelmed by the many small details that make for an outstanding day, and don’t take advantage of all the opportunities available to them due to time or resource constraints.
